Waterridge Kitchen Faucet Parts – We’re replacing vanity bathrooms – the faucet I happen to like is a brand I’ve never heard of. Anyone use Ridge water tap or know nothing about the company? Are they at least good enough quality? Parts available anywhere if needed?
This is a final way response, however, I feel I have to answer. I have purchased some WaterRidge products at Costco. They are guaranteed for life. If I ever have a worse part I just contact their customer service line and they are very friendly and quickly send me spare parts. I do not think I have any dealings with a better group. My plumber is also impressed with the quality under the counter parts.
I bought a Water Ridge Kitchen tap form Costco about a year ago. I’m having trouble with handles dropping and chopping water while trying to run water at a slower rate. I called 866-789-2273 customer service number and explained my problem. Because there are products come with a lifetime warranty. They sent me out replacement parts at no cost. So I have nothing bad to say about Ridge water products, just the opposite. There are great products and customer service.
I have this problem right with my kitchen faucet. You can always try taking a tap into Costco, Whether the manager says you can or not over the phone. If they refuse it, go buy a new one at the store, take it to your car and put the old one in the box and return with new receipts.
Then again, you can always contact the manufacturer and allow them a chance to replace it.
Lastly, you can send feedback to the items to Costco via their website. At least it gives you a way to voice your experience so buyers know about it.
